From a Great Fan to the Restaurant Owner
It all began with a great fan of the most famous traditional recipe of Indonesian Fried Chicken in East Java.
Today, the great fan becomes an owner with a vision to give the best enjoyment of traditional East Java Fried Chicken.
When we were young, we enjoy traditional fried chicken more than the modern fried chicken. We have been looking around for this original authentic taste and have never found it at all in Jakarta. So, we came up with the idea to bring this authentic taste to Jakarta instead of having to travel a long way to East Java.
So in November 2010, after a long research and study about the original traditional recipes, we finally opened Ayam King Restaurant.
